If you are purchasing a gift certificate as a surprise for someone else, please enter the recipient's name (the person the certificate will be used on), but use your own email and phone number.

If you enter your email and phone number, you will also receive an email confirmation and printable gift certificate immediately, and reminder email/texts closer to the appointment date once it has been scheduled. After you give the gift certificate to the recipient, you (or the recipient) are welcome to contact us at any time via call or text so we can update the information and make sure the recipient receive future reminders instead of you.
